Skip cover page in normal duplicate scan mode#245

Previously, the regular scan mode included the cover (page 0) when detecting duplicate pages. This aligns normal mode with quick mode by skipping the cover, as covers are unlikely to be duplicates and their inclusion could produce false positives.
