Summary
Adds Faro under Ecosystem, next to Strale.
Faro fills the gap between “can I pay?” (x402) and “should I pay this counterparty?” — red/yellow/green verdicts for URLs, payees, and x402/AP2/ACP payloads before settlement, plus Ed25519 trust receipts with a Base-anchored log.
