LICENSE is now published here with each release, alongside the README, install.sh, skills and plugin manifests, and covers them under the same terms as the CLI. Edits made to it here would be overwritten by the next sync like the others: the synced-files check now rejects them, and AGENTS.md lists it with the synced files rather than with what this repository owns. The published files are under an all-rights-reserved notice now, so AGENTS.md stops inviting pull requests on them; suggestions stay welcome as issues. This repository is read by the CLI's users, so AGENTS.md and the CI comment describe where the published files come from without naming Mergify's internal repositories and tooling.
