Superseded. The bump lands together with the work it uncovered.

The dead-code gate failing here was not a bad bump. Bisected against a frozen tree, the jump is a clean step at knip 6.28.0: zero findings at 6.27.0, 206 at 6.28.0, flat either side. The named change is a one-line fix in get-imports-and-exports.js that stopped treating every re-export as referenced in its own file.

That mattered here because of one setting. With ignoreExportsUsedInFile off, 6.16.1 and 6.32.2 agree exactly — 876 findings each. So the old zero was a suppression artefact of our own configuration, not a clean tree, and this gate has said nothing about re-exports for the whole 6.16 to 6.27 window.

Two genuinely dead constants and 204 dead re-exports are removed on chore/knip-dead-exports, definitions untouched wherever the symbol is still used. Forty-three of them are reachable only through their own test, and those keep their definitions with the reason written down. The bump rides along, so this PR closes with it.
