build(homebrew/linux): fix cuda compiler path

Description

Change nvcc path, required due to the following changes:

• fix(cuda): install to libexec homebrew-homebrew#89
• fix(cuda): properly symlink files homebrew-homebrew#91
• fix(cuda): use wrapper script homebrew-homebrew#92
• fix(cuda): update formula symlinking and docs homebrew-homebrew#93
