Severity: Medium — publish-service.ts:356: Lulu tag detection only recognizes lulu@, but library-sync-service.ts also supports existing lulu| and lulu, tags. Those tags appear absent in the drawer and survive removal or replacement, leaving active overrides or conflicting metadata. Recognize all supported delimiters when reading and replacing Lulu tags.
