Summary
The development and deployment Compose configurations reference an admin-panel image namespace that no longer matches the proposed upstream publisher. Update both services to
registry.librechat.ai/librechat-ai/librechat-admin-panel:latest, preserving the existing registry proxy and aligning the image path with the publisher.Depends on LibreChat-AI/admin-panel#156, which has merged. Its Docker publishing run succeeded, and anonymous registry checks confirm the new image manifest is available.

No user-facing change.
Risk / compatibility
The publisher prerequisite is satisfied and anonymous manifest access through the proxy is confirmed. End-to-end Compose startup remains a manual check.
