I’m not doing any further work on any of my Discourse plugins. It just isn’t worth it. The Discourse team are constantly making changes which break plugins without any concern for the extra work and trouble it causes other people. I have had enough and want no further part in anything to do with the project. Discourse does not have a plugin API; APIs are stable.
This Discourse plugin lets you force all posts by particular, named users to go through moderation.
This is useful if you don't want to make all Trust Level 0 users go through moderation but have someone whose posts aren't completely worthless all of the time but need filtering to reduce annoyance and disruption.
