Adding ability to see community followers for admins and mods

translations submodule is not a trivial thing, still cannot figure out how to properly do it. I would appreciate some guidance here. Also if you have any comments regarding feature implementation, please share.

Sry for my slowness, I'm looking at this now.

For translations, you only need to make a PR with your changes to lemmy-translations, then once those are merged, do

git submodule update --remote
git add lemmy-translations

There's also a scripts/update_translations.sh that does a few extra things also, but its not necessary.

EDIT: You haven't added a lemmy-translations PR yet. You need to do that.
