Moves onto the released ITensorBase 0.14 and TensorAlgebra 0.20. TensorAlgebra made `project` strict and split the auxiliary-index derivation out into `project_aux`, so `project_aux` and `project_pair` call that directly instead of projecting a reshaped array with a trailing dummy axis. maybe_project_aux, since it tries the plain projection first and derives an aux axis only when that is charge-forbidden, whereTensorAlgebra.project_auxalways appends one.
