The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the chart no longer loads. Update the README to point at a working source for the chart.

The star history chart on the README is currently broken because the underlying source stopped working due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This updates the chart link so it loads correctly again.
