Feature Request: Blockchain.info API Support

Blockchain.info has a simple API for processing incoming payments http://blockchain.info/api/api_receive it would be a good alternative to bitpay/coinbase

👍 my only issue with that is they don't convert funds to fiat, which is what most people will likely want to do. Ultimately I'd like this extension to work as the equivalent of spree_gateway, but for Bitcoin though so any merchant service works for me. If you'd like to submit a PR adding support that would be great, but I don't have the time to work on adding blockchain support until I improve coinbase & bitpay first.

For sites that use pure bitcoin pricing this API would would be good, otherwise it I may try and integrate some exchange rate API support that can do the calculation. For the stores I work with usually BTC funds are held and not converted to fiat although the price is still often tied to fiat.
