Description
cardano-binary-1.7.3.0has a breaking chnage introduced, therefore it has been deprecated on CHaP in IntersectMBO/cardano-haskell-packages#1240This PR bumps the version to
cardano-binary-1.8.0.0. It also updates versions in changelogs as part of postprocess release taht happened in IntersectMBO/cardano-haskell-packages#1227Checklist
CHANGELOG.mdfor the affected packages.New section is never added with the code changes. (See RELEASING.md)
.cabalandCHANGELOG.mdfiles according to theversioning process.
.cabalfiles for all affected packages are updated.If you change the bounds in a cabal file, that package itself must have a version increase. (See RELEASING.md)
