Removes the Keybase unread badge and polling path from agman entirely. The TUI now keeps the GitHub notification indicator and clock without starting any Keybase background channel, shelling out to the Keybase CLI, or carrying a compatibility bridge.
This avoids probing a local Keybase install for a feature that has been retired and leaves no source-tree references behind outside git metadata and build output.
Before opening, the branch passed
cargo fmt --check,cargo test,cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings,git diff --check, and no-hit ripgrep checks for the requested text and symbol variants.
