pnpm devThe core database and calculators work without any configuration. Community features (auth, discussions, user submissions) require Supabase.
For community features, create .env.local:
PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL=your_supabase_url
PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY=your_supabase_anon_key
Then run the migrations in /supabase/migrations/ against your Supabase project.

Contributions are welcome! The peptide data lives in /data/peptides/ as JSON files. Each file contains:
- Molecular information (weight, sequence, half-life)
- Indications by body system
- Delivery methods and protocols
- Interactions with other peptides
- Side effects and contraindications
- Scientific references
