Important

Update minor version numbers to "2.2.0" in configuration and documentation files.

• Version Updates:
  • Update H5PL_VERS_MINOR from "0" to "2" in CMakeLists.txt and CMakePresets.json.
  • Update CTEST_SOURCE_VERSION from "2.0.0" to "2.2.0" in HDF5PLconfig.cmake.
• Documentation:
  • Update version references in docs/INSTALL_With_CMake.txt to "2.2.0".
