feat: tree milestone timeline, verifier stake slashing, architecture diagram, and tax export

This PR resolves multiple feature and chore requests related to the sponsor dashboard, verifier penalties, architectural documentation, and backend tax reporting.

Changes Included

• Added an interactive TreeMilestoneTimeline component to the Sponsor Dashboard for visualizing tree lifecycle events.
• Created the verifier-penalty smart contract to enable verifier staking and penalty slashing on fraud detection.
• Updated the high-level architecture diagram in the documentation to correctly include the backend API and IPFS storage data flows.
• Created a new backend API endpoint to export planter payout transactions as a CSV for yearly income tax reporting.
