Eddy Covariance Data Watchdog

Checks the latest Eddy Covariance data files for configured study sites and sends an warning email when one or more sites have problems, i.e., sync stop or data incomplete.

Setup

1. Install dependencies:

pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Copy .env.example to .env.

Windows CMD:

copy .env.example .env

Git Bash:

cp .env.example .env

3. Edit .env and enter your SMTP settings and recipient addresses.

4. Run:

python ec_data_watchdog.py
