Adds a new notebook demonstrating direct burst access from Sentinel-1 IW SLC products using the
BURSTopen option of the EOPFZARR GDAL driver.IW1_VV_001) without navigating 1000+ subdatasetsData: Uses the stable
notebook-databucket (SLC product already there, no data request needed).Template: Aligned to repo template — YAML front-matter, EOPF logo, ToC with anchors, Overview hint block, ESA badge footer.
