Look into traits with no valid names

There are currently nearly 900,000 records marked as having no traits with valid names (see here) and this number seems to be increasingly steadily. We should look into them to see whether it makes sense for them to have no valid names or whether there is some other property we could be using to get the trait name.

From the ClinVar submission spreadsheet:

If you do not wish to indicate the interpreted condition, please enter "not provided"; however this is discouraged.
If the Clinical significance is "benign" and no condition is associated with the variant, please submit "not specified".

In submission 2024-09 there has been a marked increase in the number of trait with preferred name marked as not provided and not specified.
