Import MONDO dermatophytosis subtypes into EFO

Imports four MONDO terms for dermatophytosis subtypes. EFO_0007512 (tinea pedis) was already obsoleted in v3.88.0 with term_replaced_by MONDO_0005984; MONDO_0005984 was already present in IRI dependencies.

New terms added to iri_dependencies/mondo_terms.txt

• MONDO_0004678 — dermatophytosis (parent)
• MONDO_0001461 — tinea corporis (→ MONDO_0004678)
• MONDO_0000245 — tinea imbricata (→ MONDO_0001461)
• MONDO_0001405 — dermatophytosis of groin and perianal area (→ MONDO_0004678)

Hierarchy

Hierarchy flows from the existing MONDO structure via BOT extraction — no subclasses.csv assertions required:

MONDO_0004678 dermatophytosis

├── MONDO_0001461 tinea corporis
│   └── MONDO_0000245 tinea imbricata

imports/mondo_terms.txt and imports/mondo_import.owl regenerated from updated MONDO mirror; efo-edit.owl normalized.

The content in the parent term field means: all terms should be direct child terms of dermatophytosis, except for tinea imbricata, which should be a child of tinea corporis. This reflects the existing MONDO hierarchy.

Most of these do not exist in EFO yet. But tinea pedis already exists as EFO_0007512 tinea pedis - I think MONDO_0005984 tinea pedis should replace this existing EFO term.
