这个功能非常不错，以前我用过一款叫 新闻滚动播出的软件，就像新闻节目下的滚动字条一样，可以添加不同的rss订阅，可以滚动条可以可以设置两种过度色，可以设置字体大小颜色，速度，阴影效果等。滚动条可以放在屏幕最上方或任务栏上面，同时会调整其它窗口最大化时的高度，不会相互遮挡，非常好用，就是新系统支持不太好，只支持rss地址。
最早是支持xp系统，win7也能用，就是设置界面有点卡，win11下，我刚才找出来试用了一下，能打开，但不会显示，也无法操作系统托盘的图标。。
所以了很多，可见我对这款软件的喜欢，喜欢能你开发者一些思路。
