random event for a financial crisis affecting bianchi bank (the giovannis) causing every bank account to have their values completely wiped to 5-15% of their value

Why It's Good For The Game

should limit the gross excesses of money ingame, cause people to roleplay with giovannis

Design wise, this one is not super interesting as you cant really do anything about it and just all your money disappears for no reason. This is def one we want kinda rare as regularly having your bank account deleted is kinda unfun if there is zero counter play.

yeah 100% my plan is to implement some more indepth banking stuff for giovannis (managing ppls accounts? savings generates income? investment mechanics etc? giovannis can invest all the deposited money to turn a profit?) but for now this is mostly a proxy nerf on the insane amounts of money people can accumulate in the course of a round ( a discussion we had on tfn and concluded #1035 and this pr are the solutions to)

Technically there is something you can do about it, no? Have your cash taken out and thus the risk people can steal it.
