docs(browser): document the extension's open-by-URN home input (#172)#19

The dig-chrome-extension's home screen gained a "open a chia:// address or DIG URN" input (dig_ecosystem#172) that navigates to the native .dig-scheme address when dig-dns is installed, or renders the address inside the extension otherwise. Mention it where the extension is introduced and cross-link it from the dig-dns install section.
