Summary

  • The dig-chrome-extension's home screen gained an "open a chia:// address or DIG URN" input (dig_ecosystem#172): it navigates to the native .dig-scheme address when the local dig-dns service is detected, or renders the address inside the extension otherwise.
  • Mentions this in content-consumers.md (where the extension is introduced) and cross-links it from the universal-installer.md dig-dns install section (added an explicit {#browse-dig-names-directly} anchor for a stable cross-reference).

Version bump: 0.3.70.3.8 (patch — a docs content addition, no site-behavior change).

Test plan

  • Reviewed the rendered wording against the existing page style/tone (audience-scoped, no internal file references).
  • Added an explicit heading anchor so the new cross-link is unambiguous rather than relying on the auto-generated slug.
  • CI deploy.yml (PR preview build) — will confirm no broken links once it runs.
