Big refactor to baton explorer

• use vite.js
• much more efficient database querying
• default to table view
• allow for searching and filtering results by things like profile data
• switching to graph view takes into account search filters so you can limit the graph view
• dark mode

In my testing I used a c1z with 5000 users and hundreds of apps, and it all is very fast, sub 100ms responses for any queries I threw at it.
