📝 Description
Work in progress. Adds a parser for the historical data spreadsheet (first tab,
All Daily Records) in the upload lambda. It returns one parsed result per row, or a list of reasons a row failed, so the upload flow can validate a file before writing todaily_records.Stacked on #6 (
3-db-schema); retarget tomainonce #6 merges.Briefly list the changes made to the code:
