Welcome to the SkyeTracker wiki!
Overview
This is a Solar Tracking System using Astronomical Equations.
Astronomical equations find the sun locations relative to the tracker in any chosen location on earth.
The project uses a pair of linear actuators to move a set of solar panels so that they face the sun throughout the day. The system is setup and calibrated using an Android app that communicates with the device using the Bluetooth interface.
Support for an anemometer is included to detect high winds speeds that will move the array to a horizontal position to avoid wind damage.
There are implementations for both ESP32 and Lilygo T-Relay-S3 devices.
