Enables launching the mobile gui on the desktop platform in portrait mode.

  • Adds portrait argument to signal the user wants portrait mode.
  • Swaps window dimension settings if the user requests portrait mode.
  • Detects if window dimensions were specified on command line and adjusts them if necessary.
