Updates the PHP version used in CI workflows and composer configuration to 8.3. This ensures compatibility with the latest PHP features and security updates. Also updates development dependencies to the latest versions.
Avoids potential PHP warnings by using `! empty()` to check if the `exclude_colors` and `include_colors` array keys are set in the `$field` array before accessing them. Removes unused constants.
