Several messages are now translated, most notably for exceptions to normal startup. Some fixes for minor bugs are also included.

⚠️👀 Do not revert from v4.4.8+ to an earlier release without due care. The /config/solcast_solar/*.json files must be moved back to /config/ (with the integration stopped if writing solcast-dampening.json when auto-dampen is off), and prior to downgrading.
