별개로 PR에 승인 반려 API가 아직 안나왔다고 되어 있는데 삐봇으로만 처리하기로 했던거 아니었나요?

dining.model.ts에 실제 응답 구조 기반 타입 정의목록에는 없고 상세조회에만 있는 제보자/사진은 카드를 펼칠 때(
isOpen)만 상세 API를 호출하도록 구현미처리 건은 처리 액션이 없어 "Slack에서 처리 가능합니다." 안내 문구 추가
