There are two runs-on lines which generates a syntax error. Removing old ubuntu-18.04 which would be deprecated soon in future.

Hi @kaverma and @N-Usha, may I ask you to review this PR although I see that it is DUP of #92 which it could not get attention for 3 months? This sample yaml file is referenced on https://github.com/marketplace/actions/azure-functions-action and it looks like that some auto/manual merge stuff resulted to two "runs-on" parts on the same yaml file like 4e3c564 . |
