Summary

Adds 21 detailed implementation spec files across 7 sections, expanding on the monitoring-plan.md master document.

Files Added (under demos/analytics-using-managedcleanroom/tsg/monitoring/)

• Section 1: AME Service Monitoring (platform metrics, synthetic runners, Geneva/MDM metrics, structured logging, App Insights, resource logs, container insights)
• Section 2: Customer Collaboration Monitoring (RP-side health, customer-facing APIs, collaboration AKS observability)
• Section 3: Alerting Strategy (PG alerts/ICM, customer alerts, CSS alerts)
• Section 4: Diagnostics & Debugging (PG workflow, Kusto queries library, CSS workflow, common failure patterns)
• Section 5: Business Telemetry (adoption metrics, engineering health reports)
• Section 6: Auto-Healing (existing recovery, planned additions)
• Section 7: Reference (Azure standard patterns)

Context

• Geneva OTLP pipeline is operational (PR in ADO)
• Geneva to Kusto pipeline done (Vaiddhe/Yash)
• These specs define what to build next: instrumentation, alerts, dashboards, queries
