Fix hyphen quoting issue in Get-ConfluencePage (#175)

Description

The discussion in #175 links to a ticket in the "official" Confluence Server JIRA describing a workaround by surrounding the label in the request by double quotes.

Sorry folks, I'm not a contributor to the ConfluencePS module. I've only contributed to JiraPS in the past, and that's fairly sporadic.
