Hi there,
There are 2 small problems with this pull request. Don't worry; they're easy to fix.
First, you forgot to include the .html filename extension in the PianoCaptcha file. You should rename it to PianoCaptcha.html.
Second, there's no entry in the README. I want all the CAPTCHAs to have README entries. Could you please add a section to the README that includes a screenshot and description of this CAPTCHA?
