- bump version to 0.2.5
- upgrade ratatui to 0.30 and nix to 0.31
- upgrade vendored linux-taskstats deps: bindgen to 0.72, thiserror to v2
- fix deprecated CargoCallbacks usage in linux-taskstats build script
- upgrade actions/checkout to v7 and softprops/action-gh-release to v3
- ignore nested target dir of patched crate
