Program no longer compatible with Fortnite as of 28.30(Failed to deserialize file)

v28.30 did something to the .sav file and the editor can no longer open it.

I have suspicions that they moved the Fortnite Festival Track Speed parameter here but can't confirm, only evidence i have is that said setting on the GameUserSettings.ini doesn't work anymore and doesn't change when i change the setting in game
