Handle HotkeyAlreadyBound Exception

When you bind the same hotkey combination (e.g. Control + D1) to more than one action (e.g. Capture Area + Capture Fullscreen) a [`HotkeyAlreadyBound`](https://github.com/ByteBlast/Shortcut/blob/master/Shortcut/HotkeyAlreadyBoundException.cs) exception is thrown.

This exception propagates from the Shortcut library.
