Purpose of this pull request

This pull request (PR) implements the GetCredential component for the Catalog Data Ingestion REST API. It enables Redocly's integrated API client in the reference documentation.

Note

This is the production version of #273

Enabled a workflow to allow users to get credentials to try the Catalog Data Ingestion REST API directly from the reference documentation.

@jeff-matthews congrats on getting this working! should we use the label "Instance ID" instead of "Tenant ID" to better align with the CCM UI?

otherwise, we might talk with stakeholders about updating the UI to avoid confusion.

That's a good point. We probably should. I'll create another PR to propose that change since it looks like we're using it across multiple files in this repo. We should also do a check in other repos.
