Why

With all 16 locales registered, five had gaps in newer screens (work report,
category builder, search, bucket and notification): de/ru/sv/uk (96.0–96.3%)
and es (94.2%). Spanish users saw the most English; the Germanic and Slavic
locales were close behind.

Consolidates five separate coverage-completion PRs (#1172 es, #1173 de, #1174 ru,
#1175 sv, #1176 uk) into one — per Erik's request to avoid a PR queue bottleneck.

Changes

• src/i18n/locales/de.ts — 37 missing strings translated
• src/i18n/locales/es.ts — 37 missing strings translated
• src/i18n/locales/ru.ts — 37 missing strings translated
• src/i18n/locales/sv.ts — 37 missing strings translated
• src/i18n/locales/uk.ts — 37 missing strings translated
• scripts/check-locales.mjs — add es IDENTICAL_OK list (h, s, General, Buckets,
  Hosts, Total, Prompt, Color are correct Spanish); extend sv IDENTICAL_OK with
  h and s

Validation

• node scripts/check-locales.mjs → all 15 non-English locales at 804/804 (100%)
• npx tsc --noEmit → clean

Caveat

Translations are machine-drafted, not native-reviewed. Native-speaker feedback
welcome for any of the five locales.
