Updates the Turkish translation in src/lang/tr-tr.json. Translates 145 strings that were still in English (343/908 strings are now Turkish). No keys added or removed; placeholders are preserved. Checked locally with biome ci and key parity against en-us.json.

As a native Turkish speaker, I'd like to say that "Kurulu" also means installed; "Yüklü" and "Kurulu" are almost the same thing. "Yüklü" is the more common word we use in Turkey, and most Turkish devs use it too, so I've updated it to "Yüklü" (here and in lsp-installed, for consistency). I have to say that Google Translate fumbles a lot on Turkish; even my old English teacher said never to use it. Thank you for reviewing!

This one is correct too: we use "Düzenleme" for Editing in Turkish. "Düzenleme" can also mean arrangement, so Google isn't lying, but we rarely use it that way. "Düzenleme" is correct for Editing, I'm 100 percent sure.
