Evaluate usage of openapi specs in GenAI component #76

Please take a look if further integration of the openapi spec is possible in the genai component, like automatically generating models and endpoints, and using those for your actual endpoint methods, instead of decoupling your code from the actual spec.
Also check if you can write Python tests that test the correct implementation of the openapi spec inside your code.
