Add spacing between the indexing notice and action buttons

Describe the bug

When an ElasticPress sync is running, the plugin displays the notice "ElasticPress is currently indexing". However, there is no spacing between the notice and the action buttons in the Query Monitor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start an ElasticPress sync.
2. Open the ElasticPress panel in Query Monitor on the frontend. Ensure there is at least one custom WordPress query that runs through ElasticPress.
