Bump the plugin version and TENUP_EXPERIENCE_VERSION constant from 1.17.1 to 1.18.0 in preparation for the 1.18.0 release. Update the changelog to move the unreleased entries under the 1.18.0 heading dated 2026-06-10, including environment label filtering, expanded Support Monitor data (hosting provider detection, multisite flag, user profile URLs), the RTL SSO button fix, and the options pages markup refactor.
