Solving Core Problem:
I find out that there's no way to recover the history data like the 1mKData 1year ago.
Details
I add a parameter download_history to BaseQmtKdataRecorder implementation, with this parameter the history data will be automatically recovered even they are downloaded separately and run more quick for backtracing.
