Accessing bookmarks in full screen mode on MacOS is awkward #11491

- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
The bookmarks are hard to access in full screen mode first try
Expected behavior
The bookmarks can be accessed
Actual behavior
The bookmarks are obstructed by the bar with the window options
Steps to reproduce
Go to full screen on MacOS and try to access the bookmarks

In windowed mode, the traffic lights are shown above the vertical tabs in the sidebar.
In full screen, they're instead shown in a separate bar obstructing the access to bookmarks
