.txt file not inserted into project on install

Hi,

MainActivity.cs.txt was not added to my pretty much empty Xamarin Forms Android project when I installed the NuGet package through Visual Studio. Also I had to install a xunit.assert, xunit.abstractions and xunit.core to stop getting dependency errors after adding xunit.runner.devices.

IDE: Visual Studio Community 2017, 15.09.15
NuGet Package Manager 4.6.0

Found the .txt files by downloading the NuGet package manually and extracting them from there.
