Very disappointed that few providers have really improved free service.

Some providers, only asked a few questions. It will report "abuse" and block the IP.
Can anyone tell me where I can find a provider who can support to asks hundreds of questions every day? Or any way to realize that?
I know this is difficult. After all, it’s hard to find a Monopoly to provide free services to everyone.
