Can bus not working

We are having an issue where whatever can bus the bot is plugged in to(everything except swerve which is on a canivore is on one bus for now) does not work leading us to plug it into a different bus,changing the bus in code and deploying every time the bot is turned on. There are no errors on robot.local it just shows zero utilization. Anyone got any ideas

Thanks for pointing out that your canbus is not reporting any errors to the web UI.
Can you post your system logs here?

The more you can download and post, the better.

Also, can you list all of the devices you have installed on this can bus and post a screenshot of the bottom of the settings tab (gear icon)?

That's very helpful! Based on the logs, it looks like you're running into #163. I'd recommend updating to the alpha 8 image (download it here); it has a fix that should address this.

i just attempted to flash it as i took it home to try and figure out the issue(i dont have bot) and now i cant get it to go into flash mode. i have tried 2 computers and 3 cables non working. it just boots up as normal

@Ryanforce08 Are you plugging in the USB cable on both ends before powering on? How are you powering the unit?

@bhjelstrom Yes im plugging the usb on both sides before turning on and im running it off a 12v 2a dc power supply. ive been able to and have flashed multiple times to let you know

We're sending a new one. We know what this is and it was actually addressed after producing the alpha units
