RP2040-Zero inputs freeze

Describe the bug
When using OGX-Mini over an RP2040-Zero board, the relayed inputs will occasionally freeze and will require replugging the microcontroller. I've confirmed that the inputs will freeze no matter what input mode I'm on.

What type of controller do you have the issue with?
Venom PS3/PS4 Arcade Joystick
HID\VID_0079&PID_181B&REV_0100&Col01

What platform are you using the OGX-Mini on?
Xbox 360 (RGH), PC

What board are you using?
RP2040-Zero

This doesn't happen on 1.0.0 alpha 1 (tested on PC) but I can't use that version due a bug preventing the adapter from working on 360.
